Our versatile structures are ideal for a wide range of uses and industries, from single rooms and houses to school buildings, offices, hospitals, and dorms. Since our flat-pack housing kits ship fully wired and plumbed, your simple 8' x 20' room will be ready for setup in as little as six hours, and a simple home can be ready to occupy in as little as three days!

About Your Microhome

Our homes are extremely sturdy and strong. Built on cold-rolled steel frames and corner posts, they are as strong as an oversea shipping container. We also insert panels and bolt them to perimeter beams to achieve the final desired floor plan. Built with high-quality materials, our homes feature:

• Steel structure chassis with marine grade plywood and PVC floors to ensure structural strength and durability.
• 3"-thick exterior walls and 2" interior walls comprised of EPS panel sandwiched between .45mm powder-coated steel sheets.
• Painted for strength, insulation, sound-deadening, & mold, termite, & fire resistance.
• Wall panels available in various finishes (we have been using steel-sheet because it is durable).
• Fully tiled European-style wet baths or traditional showers & toilets.
• Plug-n-play electrical wiring & plumbing fixture stubs for easy utility connections.
• Durable wall and flooring materials that are easy to clean and maintain.
• An ability to reconfigure and repurpose the units for future use.
