A small home should feel cozy, not cramped, and our open floor plans accomplish just that. For example, we forego formal spaces such as separate dining rooms in favor of everyday eating nooks. Multi-use spaces are key, like kitchen islands that can be used as a food prep space, breakfast bar, and serving buffet for larger meals. Also, like any home, smart placement of porches and decks also add living space.

An ideal mother-in-law apartment or extra space for children returning home, this s 320 sq. ft. studio includes a full bathroom and kitchen. The studio can also attach to an existing home, or you can add a lanai for a separate standalone unit.

Duplex Housing

Our duplex designs make the most of your space. These 320 sq. ft. plantation cottages and 480 sq. ft. bungalows are ideal for workforce housing or other affordable housing. Let us create a design that works for you.

Four-Plex Housing

For maximum density on limited space, you can't beat a good four-plex design. This is perfect for homeless housing, retreat facilities, and workforce housing. Our four-plex designs deliver both privacy and comfort.

Deluxe Two-Bedroom Single Family Home

This versatile 20' x 32' two-bedroom home design provides 640 sq. ft. of open living space with a 6' x 20' covered lanai. Need more space? Add a second story for bedroom space, an open lanai, or even a roof-top garden. Internal access is provided via a spiral staircase off the living room.
